A new Addition

Aubree Isabella was born on June 1, 2007 at 5:06 am. She weighed 6 lbs. 6 ozs. and was 19 inches long. What a joy to hold her in my arms! Her little eyes looking up at me wondering who I am. I sometimes wonder the same thing. I am now Grammy. I am still Mom and sometimes I am Lisa. I am wife, mother, and step mom as well.
There do come times when I just want to be who I want and not let anyone know. When I do that, things get all messed up. But....dreams are what it is all about. They are important to keep moving forward in life as well as a comfort at times when reality has you torn in every direction.
All that is important now is today. Today Aubree is 2 weeks old. She looks at me with those little eyes and its almost like she is asking a question. Her little soul is eager to learn her lifes lessons. With each passing day she is learning more. It is so very important to always let her know that she is loved and that Grammy will always be there until I take my last breath.
What a wonderful experience I have had! What a wonderful adventure still to come!!

Petey

This little 10 yr old guy has been with us for a little over a year now. He was saved from being put down. His previous owner couldnt take care of him anymore due to health reasons. During Petey's life, he was abused many times. He will not stay calm during any type of grooming session but seems to love baths...lol...He is a companion for my husband and is very loving for the most parts with other people. There are some, however, that he just doesnt like. And usually we end up not like them either. We were told he was poodle but have since come to realize that he is a cross with another breed, probably a Bischon (sp). Either way, we love him!! Just cant let him have
greasy foods...at least not without a clothespin near by....
